Working on some wiring today...it's a lot easy to pull the wire before the plywood is down.

The black/red DCC runs are twisted together.  I may twist the green/white DC accessory run too, for neatness sake.

DCC Installation Begins

Now that I'm to the point of laying large stretches of track, it's time to install the DCC, so I can test the track as I install it.

DCC Equipment Shelf, booster and booster power supply, DC power supply for turnouts, signals, etc:

Twistin' the Day Away

I completed the DCC installation.  There was a slight pucker moment while the system cycled through it's diagnostics, until the green lights came on.

After that, it was feeder and label time. All the track currently in place, is powered. I learned long ago to label EVERYTHING.

Wiring Updates

Today, I went back to wiring, and installed some circuit breakers for the DCC system.  I took the opportunity to clean up some of the wiring as well.
