Alas, this layout is not

Alas, this layout is not built to be easily removed. I don't have plans to build another basement filling layout. I have an 13 x 19 feet L shaped area of the basement that I reserved for new projects. So when the urge comes to build again, I will use that space. 

In the meantime, there still is considerable work remaining on the Aquia Landing portion of the USMRR Aquia Line layout.

Love the skirting! Time to visit the grandkids in Vienna and come see you during nap time.

Received 45 Original Trackplans Monday - nicely done. Liked the smaller Maine, West Bottoms and USMRR Alexandria plans as they fit my space.

Makes me want to salute or something.  I don't think the skirting would work for most layouts, but fits quite well with this one.

I agree. The stars and stripes bunting hints that this is not a typical model RR.  Next I need to decide if I want to continue the bunting on the rest of the skirt.
