Be grateful for forever free. . .

I visited World Net Daily's website today (news and opinion) and they are going to be offering an ezine as well, but you got to pay for it and it's not downloadable as far as I can tell.
I'm just grateful for the MRH being forever free. Keep it coming guys!!!
On the other hand, the WND offering is done very well but my first thought was, "it's a bit hard on my eys - it's need to have the light grey background with dark gray letters like MRH."

Yes, the forever free part is possible thanks to the modern internet. Still, we get emails from people who want a hard copy version every few days - so we may eventually do something there but it won't be free because paper and shipping costs a lot more money than electrons.
I continue to be amazed at the number of people who "don't get it" when it comes to a document that's targeting the computer screen as the main audience. Just doing a warmed-over hardcopy document design is laziness and in-a-rut thinking at its worst, if you ask me.
Ah well, it just make us stand out all the more, I guess ...

One Idea for you Joe before I hit the sack tonight.
wait until Les gets all his Turntable article issues complete then combine the first 8 or 10 issues of MRH with all the great How to articles and a DVD In a hard or heavy Card cover Book and put the How to films from the Magazine and your bonus stuff on the DVD thats interactive with the Forum web site and charge a reasonable Price of say $39.95 without the DVD or $59.95 with the DVD and then come out with a annual with all 6 issues every year after that with just the best of the years and charge $20.00 or $30.00 for the Annual. Then you wont have to have a Printers Deadline every 60 days and all those wanting a printed version can get the whole year a couple months after the year ends. You could do the pre order thing with a 10% discount.
Just an Idea to think about. Like you don't have enough to do.LOL

Good Idea but...
The print magazines recycle articles several times by including them in books with themes such asa scenery making, etc. Special DVD's of those articles are possible too and those can have a price as well.

when someone gives someone an Idea there's no buts about it, just more or additional Ideas. I mean I'm not getting paid for these Ideas just throwing them in the air (and if you read what is written there is the idea of a $20.00 charge included for the DVD in my Idea) they have to think of the rest themselves.
