Use an Ipad....

You can do this directly with an Apple Ipad - just connect the Ipad to the TV with an HDMI connector (about $35 from Walmart!).  Play the video on the Ipad and it gets transferred to the big screen - we do this all the tme to watch Netflix!  We get a better picture through the Ipad than we ever do through a set top box, even though the Ipad is connected wirelessly to our home network.

Stream it!

I love streaming TMTV via AppleTV on my bedroom TV.  It's a great way to watch and relax.

SMART TVs

I just bought a SMART TV and it supports screen mirroring so I get on my 60" anything I can see on my tablet or phone. Works a charm.
