Online version freezing on iPad

The online version seems to freeze after several pages on my iPad. I tried the May issue and it worked with no problems.

Restart your browser or try a different browser. It's working fine on our iPad Air, iOS 8.1

Does the online link not work?

Try the read online button, should work just fine.

If you want to download to your tablet, get the ezPDF Reader app, costs about $4. See:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=udk.android.reader&hl=en

Here's a video that shows you how to use ezPDF Reader PRO:

Issue with Adobe Reader.

I actually noticed something with the June issue but it appears to be on my end but I dont know how to correct it. I run Windows Vista cant get Adobe to automatically open this issue by default like all the rest of my MRH catalog. The back issues I have saved in my MRH file are shown as opening with Adobe reader as a PDF with the magazine cover and the Adobe icon. June just shows a blank page that wont open with Adobe (automatically) and asks me what program I want to open this file with which then opens just fine if I physically choose Adobe Reader at that point, not even saving a copy off the adobe file will work either. I have already checked in my settings to make sure Adobe is set as my primary default for PDF files(it is), deleted the june issue several times and re-downloaded, uninstalled and reinstalled the lastest version of Adobe Reader and still June doesnt work like the rest of them. It still opens if I choose Adobe from the list but the box to click on for the option to "always use this program" appears faded and wont allow me to click on it to save that option. Its not a huge deal but I like the convienence of seeing my files as magazine covers in my catalog of MRH issues and the only one of all of them is this June issue. Am I missing something here?

Chris.

This solution sounds promising ...

Googled "missing icons in Vista" and found this...

Quote:

I tried all the above without any success, except that Right clicking desktop> View> Show Desktop Icons, this brought them back if i toggled it on and off but upon restart they were missing again. Actually upon every restart they breifly appear for about half a second before they disappear. Which made me suspect a Service or Startup program. Well for me it was a Service called ASLDR. Disable Service and all is good. I am working on a older gentlemans laptop that i know was not infected cause laptop had not been connected to the interenet since being purchased. It is a Asus laptop and the ASLDR Service according to my google search showed it as a Asus Service.

So solution for me again was: Start> msconfig> Services (tab)> (locate & untick) ASLDR> OK> Restart.

We also found this fix, apparently this is an Adobe bug, since it's their code that generates the cover thumbnail icon ...
