Omaha Golden Spikes

several years ago the UP bought interest in the Omaha minor league team (then called the Omaha Royals) to make sure it stayed in Omaha.  They renamed the team the Golden Spikes.  Later sold their interest. And the team was renamed the Stormchasers.
