C&O Carfloat & tug boat drawings

I am building an N scale layout for a friend based on the C&O Brooke Avenue Yard in Norfolk, VA and I really need a copy of the drawings & photos of the Chessie carfloat and tugs that were published in the 1999 Mainline Modeler.  Do any of you have said drawings?  Would you be willing to burn me a copy?  I am willing to pay a reasonable price if necessary.  You can reply to this blog or e-mail me at g.spag@juno.com.  Please leave me a good contact phone number and I'll call you.  Thanks, Glen
