Each week I check in on a couple of blogs like Thunder Mesa Mining, Stockton and Copperopolis, and Wreckers Reef.  Frank Palmer (Wreckers Reef) bought a Roundhouse Boxcab only to be very disappointed.  He was going to throw it in the junk box when one of the readers posted a link to a MRH members blog on how to make it run better.  Turns out it is GearedSteam's own blog.  So, I post the same link here for those who finally want to tackle this project.  There is a video with sound too.

This ought to be a MRH article.

Enjoy

Geared Steam

Thanks Dennis

...and this is the reason for my Google blog,  A lot of the stuff I do isn't of interest to a majority of modelers, like the ones here, and making a post on various forums is a waste of time as it would be quickly buried by other threads, it's easier to link to my site, and Google is my friend as a search engine.

The blog post you linked to is meant to help a targeted group of fellow modelers whom wish to have a inexpensive boxcab or climax, since the original MDC chassis was junk. It has helped countless modelers, and that's all I wish to really do.
