Intend to install track feeders. Using DCC and would appreciate any comments on any thing I should look out for or be wary of during installation. Thanks. Tom

Pretty straight forward

Unitrack is great stuff, and while some would suggest otherwise, I found I needed far fewer feeders to the track give the solid connections the Unijoiners provide.  The only thing to be wary of is if you have a reverse loop.  You'll still need to use insulated joiners and an autoreverser if you have a reverse loop in your plan.

Thanks Dave

No reverse loop planned - wondering if it matters which way they are connected  I have a double crossover and I thought that a feeder at each end would be a good idea. After first one is connected do all others then have to be placed with the same end in the same direction. I hope to use the Kato extension wires and connectors except for the first one which will have their connector cut off and the wires connected to my DB150..

You can't go wrong with Unitrack Bullet proof track. Try to keep the same color coded on the same side for your easiness of maintenance. Just plug and chug.

Definitely matters

The blue wire should be connected to the same rail all the way around and the white wire connected to the other rail all the way around.  Doing otherwise will give you a short and that won't be good at all.
