North Western Pacific/ Eel River canyon.

I'm having a little trouble trying to track down a 1900's era Railroad map of the Northwestern Pacific RR.
and/ or The North coast Railroad.
The particular part i'm interested in is the branch that runs from Alton(formerly Hansen at the time) to
Carlotta.
I know it was formerly operated by the PALCO as far as the mill at carlotta and had running rights to eureka,
however i suspect this branch line used to be longer as there is a brige over the Yager creek and onwards up the valley is clear evedence on google earth of an exsisting right of way and even further eastward near the first hairpin bend in the Van Duzen river.
Its a little hard for me to visit and see for myself as i am on the other side of the pacific ocean.
any help would be greatly appreiciated
You're probably already a member and have explored what resources they have, but just in case (and for others interested in this unique railroad), I'd suggest the Northwestern Pacific RR Historical Society

I don't have any maps of that railroad but Try
http://railpub.com/
at the top of the first page click on pdf catalog
then move the courser to Railroad Books
then to USED & OUT OF PRINT RAILROAD BOOKS
then you'll find a number of Northern Pacific railroads Books for sale and one that I think will really help you is called NORTHWESTERN PACIFIC RAILROAD AND ITS SUCCESSORS – Fox, 1995, Fox Pub., 112p, HD, vg, $120.00 but you can contact rail pub by email and ask if this book has what your looking for or could they recommend a North Pacific coast book with the information your looking for with maps before you spend alot of money and not having the information you need. The owner Paul Gibson is very helpful and very good at answering specific questions and helping you out. I have bought alot of Railroading books from Rail Pub and have never been disappointed with anything from them and they would probably be your best chance for the references you require
