How can you delete a post/response after you, well, post.  I just responded to a post, and after previewing  and submitting, my computer kicked out of the program temporarily and came back. I was not sure if the post went through so I submitted it again as it came back to the same page. When I viewed the main post page, of course now there were two posts. Can you delete an entire post of your own or does it become public domain forever after submission?

you can functionally delete it by using the edit function and just edit all the text away, maybe leaving something like "duplicate post" so folks know why it's blank......DaveB

That is what I ended up doing

That is what I ended up doing Dave, just deleting the text of the second post, but still curious.

Just spam the post you don't want

Just click the "mark as spam" link on the post you don't want - that removes it.

Oh yes, before you spam a duplicate post, please go into it and add  ***DUPLICATE POST*** at the top, so if we're reviewing spam for things we think should be resurrected, we see your note and don't resurrect your duplicate post.
