This is just the ties from a P87 stores Ultimate turnout kit.   All the other goodies are on the bench.   Gonna try a little different thing and build it as a wye.   This will go where the northbound and southbound mains meet at Church.   A #8 so we should have no troubles with anything going through it, right????

No trouble going through

I think a #8 wye is equivalent to a #16 turnout. You should be able to get anything to go through that!

looking forward to the progress shots.

ha....guess what....

I actually didn't have room for it once I laid all the ties out proper length.....gonna try to fit a #6 wye in there now....plus I moved the creek back to make more room.    Will start posting back on my construction blog as I progress.....hopefully down the road I will have room for a #8 wye.
