Curiosity has me posting this and maybe some other folks are wondering about this too. I have knowest over the last couple of days that when I click on a tread some of the posts have a highlighted word, bold, capitalized and in blue. Hold the cursor over it and an add pops up. Not related to trains at all.

The last one which I wrote down is in the Bachman code 100 topic. 2nd page, post is called Pricey and it is the 2nd word 1st line (THOUGHT). Hold your cursor over it and it comes up with an ad for gradschool.com.

There is also one in the RMC topic too I think is where I saw it. 3  highlighted words. Not sure which post though. If this is allowed ok other wise do whatever to correct it.

Just checked, and no words are highlighted nor are there clickable links.

Interesting Rick

I went back and looked at the RMC topic and the last 4 posts have this stuff. All 4 are by a different author. I am using a dell lap top. Oh and you have to give it a few seconds to pop up or high light.

You probably have an adware or virus on your computer that is doing it at your end.

Probably adware on your computer. If so, I've used the free version of Malware to remove such things.

No Show

Same here. it does not show that way on my PC, all word are normal. Might want to do a scan on your computer to see if you have a Malware or spyware or something..

Just what I wanted to hear!! You could be right about the adware. We have an apple lap top too and it isn't showing up on there. We need to get the dell's XP updated but haven't been able to do it since I am 1/2 income until employment shows up again.
