Our modular group has recently change to a "freemo" format and we are in need of some simple corners to give us some flexibility in our set ups.

So I thought I would build a few 45 degree corners for "fun"

Started off with a $12.00 sheet of underlayment / luan from Home Depot, Had them cut it in 1/3rds to make it easy to transport.

Next step was to layout the curve and cut the arcs.

I used a small router on a trammel to get nice smooth curves

Then took the jig saw and finished off the ends.

Well that is where they are at the moment, will get back to them this afternoon and take some more pics
