locating white decals on white paper General discussion

Hello; Is there a way to see white decals on white or blue decal paper better? I think I read about wiping something over the sheet that allows the decal to become more visible. Thanks for all help.

I find....

Lots of light and a magnifying glass helps.

If it's blue paper, dampening

If it's blue paper, dampening (not enough to loosen the decal) will darken the paper enough to make them visible.

 

On either white or blue paper, hold them up to the light.
