I'm a new subscriber and just started viewing the videos and found navigating around the site a bit awkward. Here are some suggestions you may want to consider, - Viewing History: I found myself re-watching a video I had watched before and did not want to watch. It would be nice to have indicator or flag telling that I had viewed the video. - Play lists: be able to mark the videos I want to watch is a particular order. Or have you create specialized play lists for our viewing. - Act Chaining: when I watch an Act and want to go to the next act, I have to back screen scroll to the next act and click there. I would rather gave a button in act 1 that took me directly to Act 2. Etc. - Favourites: be able to mark a view as a fav for re-watching again. - ignore Act splash page : I always use one viewer type, let define that and automatically start the act when I select it. - Last viewed: keep history of the last viewed (partial view or complete view) and left me re-start viewing from there the next time I login/start. - Video Folders: the thumbnail scheme for videos will soon be too crowded. I would suggest start organizing the vids by month in act order. You have something similar, but is awkward to navigate. I know this is a new service and time will continue to grow and improve.
