Resurrecting Bachmann "N" 40' Quad Hoppers {Bachmann Silver Series} and need trucks. Have 20 of them.Would like to put Micro Trains trucks on. Any suggestions on which ones would be suitable, Thanks

Just a guess..

Based on squinting at some photos online, it appears that they have friction bearing (non-roller bearing) trucks. So it seems likely that  http://micro-trains.com/trucksBettendorf.php is the proper truck for the car, assuming it fits. 

Here is their conversion sheet, although some of the numbers appear to have changed:

Truck

Jeff- Hobby shop [400 miles away] offered help and sent MT 003 02 042 [1037] Barber truck and with a little modification by enlarging truck bolster kingpin hole with a 9/64 drill bit all is well now. Thanks. Tom
