Are the Tropicana Juice reefers assigned only for unit-train use along the east coast or would they also be assigned in small numbers for industry delivery in other areas of the country? Are these loaded with juice or oranges? Designing an industrial bakery that produces frozen foods that require delivery of ingredients including fruits and juices.

Yes the Tropicana reefers are

Yes the Tropicana reefers are exchanged between Florida, New Jersey, and California, The 3 large Tropicana's distribution facilities. An average of about 10 cars per day can be seen on many railroads across the country.

They are also used for local service as well. So you'll be fine with your fruits and juices industry.

I used to work on tropicana reefers.

When they needed service in the City of Industry, California, I used to go take care of them.  The COI Tropicana warehouse siding only had room for a maximum of 3 cars at a time.  I think that the typical Union Pacific trains that I saw coming into the City of Industry yard would have only 3-6 Tropicana cars per train.
