In the October MRH it refers to some articles I have tried to look at. All I can get is

404 - File or directory not found.

The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

Am I doing something wrong?

In Google use "mrh: clean track"

I think you should consider trying "No Ox". Applying no-ox according to the instructions you should rarely need more than wiping with a soft cloth. Look up "mrh: No Ox" in Google.
