Dannyboy's Pub

The layout is all Kato unitrack and has provisions for an entry and exit from the layout for operational staging.

Finished?

Do you mean the track plan or track laying and wiring or scenery or? The plan shown is very nice; something like that in HO would look good too. More pictures, please, as you get trains running and scenery done. . . .

Looking good. Maybe a little crowded of track. Do you have a plan to operate the layout?

Do you have the cad file or a list of the curves used?  I want something like this for a 4x8 (double track that isn't just an oval) and I'd like to base mine off your layout if possible.

"Finally finished my N scale 4x8 layout!"

The definition of "finished" to a model railroader is " tearing it down to build another"  :> ) ....DaveB

Very interesting plan...

I can see the possibilities for operation already.

If I may make a suggestion:  The yard at the bottom (south) side of the plan can only be entered or exited by the turnout just above it.  The long lead/interchange that wraps around to the east and then crosses the industry track on the north side of the layout is great, but the addition of a crossover just east (to the right) of the turnout to the two southernmost tracks would provide additional flexibility to enter and depart the yard.

Now, take this for what it is worth, I am making assumptions on how this will operate that may not be how you are thinking.
