Norman Woollons, your spam filters have been blocking our emails. We've been trying to respond for months to your article queries and NOTHING is getting through!

Whenever you send in an article query make DOUBLE SURE emails from model-railroad-hobbyist.com and mrhmag.com are allowed and include an alternative way we can contact you besides just email, like a phone number.

Your last email took us to task for not responding - believe me we have been TRYING! Kind of hard if you don't make sure we're not a blocked email address!

Norman ...  you there? Our email replies to your article queries keep getting blocked by your spam filter. You keep taking us to task for not responding to your queries.

Joe, if you have a standard Yahoo or Google account, try using that instead of the MRH account...  Or, one of us can email him from our account to try to help out.

How often does this happen?

This has happened several times now (more than a half-dozen). We've modified the query submission page to ask people to please add us to your permitted list, and to also please include an alternative way to contact you, like a phone number.

Getting nastygrams from people that we aren't responding to their article queries gets really frustrating when we can't get through because their email spam filters are blocking us!
