To All: Today's offering of Early Rail Equipment is as follows: Photo #1-Fred Sehring Brewing Co. only needed plug door boxcars to ship bottled beer. The car is owned by the Sante Fe RR(ATSF). A scratchbuilt car. Photo #2-This is one version of a San Antonio & Aransas Pass boxcar. The "Mission Route" became part of the Texas & New Orleans RR. A Roundhouse car. Photo #3-The Burlinton-Rock Island RR absorbed the Trinity & Brazos Valley RR in 1930. A Roundhouse car. Photo #4-Another version of a SA&AP boxcar, this time one I scratchbuilt. This version has the "wrong way" door opening to the left. Yours, Elvin Howland/E. St. Louis Rail Group Layout

Very Nice!

Elvin,

Very nice work. I always look forward to viewing you cars. Just one question. Why do you have different trucks on each end of the 1st, 2nd, and 4th car?

Wrong Trucks

Jerome: Thanks for pointing out a boo boo. I must have either switched trucks or used different makes. I will correct this by switching them around where they belong. Yours, Elvin Howland.
