To All: Today's installment of Early Rail equipment is as follows--Photo #1-This ATSF car is by Westerfield that I assembled, painted and lettered. The ATSF painted their boxcar roofwaks red during this period. Photo #2-The Denver and Salt Lake car is a Roundhouse car I painted and lettered. The D&SL became part of the Denver & Rio Grande Western RR. I weathered this car slightly, something I normally do not do to my Early Rail cars. Photo #3-This New York, Philadelphia & Norfolk boxcar is a Westerfield kit I assembled, painted and lettered. The NY,P&N became part of the Pennsylvania RR. Photo #4-The New Haven boxcar is a Westerfield kit I assembled, painted and lettered. Yours, Elvin Howland/E. St. Louis Rail Group Layout

More nice stuff

You have some amazing early equipment!  Is there anything besides box cars/reefers to show?

Other Early Rail

IrishRover: In due time I will post gons, flat cars, cabooses, hoppers and locomotives. But to your point I will post something other than boxcars tomorrow. Yours, Elvin Howland/E. St. Louis Rail Group Layout

Thanks!

Your equipment is fantastic--and you've clearly done a lot of building--WOW!
