I just bought a new Sony DSC-WX80 with built in wireless modem. I was always forgetting to upload my pictures at the end of the day and because my railroad is in another building I would not have easy access later in the evening when I typically find the time to work on my website and such. Now all my pictures pop up on my SkyDrive and I can get to them from any machine on my network. It's a 16Mp camera with a Carl Zeiss lens and it takes beautiful pictures. Here's one from today:

Nice Picture

Michael,

I have to say your one of the few who take great pictures. In focus, well lighted with the subject in center field.

Keep it up perhaps some will learn.

Lighting

I enjoy following your progress. I notice something in your picture.

It looks like your lighting is still laid out for the n- scale plan. Are you planning to change it?

It looks like your lighting

You're the first to notice (or at least to mention it). Yes, it's still the old arrangement and I will have to replace it. Right now I'm still debating whether to go all the way and switch to LED lighting or not, that's why I'm delaying. But I will have to make a decision soon.

Neat

That's neat stuff, Michael.  It's nice to see your progress and that German equipment sitting on the tracks.

A close look also shows that the same bench work seems to be used again.
