I'm building one of American Model Builders, Inc. laser cut wood kits, Transfer Building #704. As I was pulling the parts from the plastic bags I noticed one of the wood parts, the support beam for the loading dock roof, had separated from the gate and two of the vertical post were broke off. I e-mailed them today and asked the procedure for getting a replacement. A couple of minutes later I received a reply saying they will get a replacement in the mail ASAP. NO CHARGE.
