I'm building one of American Model Builders, Inc. laser cut wood kits, Transfer Building #704. As I was pulling the parts from the plastic bags I noticed one of the wood parts, the support beam for the loading dock roof, had separated from the gate and two of the vertical post were broke off. I e-mailed them today and asked the procedure for getting a replacement. A couple of minutes later I received a reply saying they will get a replacement in the mail ASAP. NO CHARGE. If your listening...thanks again. I highly recommend this company, give them a try. Visit http://www.laserkit.com and check out their great lineup of kits.

PS I broke one test fitting the part.

You must be lucky....

I sent them 2 emails a year ago, still waiting for a response. Sent pictures and a question about their wheel masks. But that's ok, I spoke with the owner of Minuteman scale models about my issue with AMB's wheel mask, and now know what the problem was. Minuteman will be getting my order to replace my laserkit masks.

I guess... but happy they responded as quickly as they did. Sorry your experience was not as good. John
