Download the landscape version

Dave, try downloading the landscape version, it's most like the Gen1 format everyone is used to.

As for downloads hanging when using the Flash downloader, also try the mirror (option is on the right). That's a completely different server in a completely different location and since it's a backup server, it has a lot less traffic.

Yesterday, we set download records and it's possible our servers were so overloaded that some people's download stalled more than usual.

Today download traffic will be a lot less, so it's worth a retry. Do the landscape version - download it and open it in Adobe reader - should work more or less like all the other issues did.
