I just picked up the Walthers HO BUDD RDC-3 Coach-Baggage-Railway Post Office powered car for my trolley/interurban layout. It was a post WWII diesel/electric powered car series in original form.

The Walthers car is nicely made, actually very heavy, and runs smoothly on DC power. It is very big compared to my mP54 MU interurbans. It takes the lowest voltage to run normal speeds of any of my seven trolleys and interurban cars. I really didn't know what to expect from Walthers, never having bought any of their stuff but this is a very good model. I'm impressed! I recommend it!!
