Problem truck has to be replaced - Do present trucks just pull out or how should they be removed safely.

Not sure sure about the current models, but I always loosen the frame screws and gently pry the frame apart a little... then the trucks should just about drop out.  You can always fully remove the frames... but it is usually not necessary.
