I am modeling the Frisco line in north west Arkansas in the fall time. When finished with all my bench work it will be a 9' x 8' U shape layout for my ho trains.

I already have two gp35s in Frisco paint scheme and am repainting two, I think, F9s and an old 2-8-2 Mantua loco for a scenic excursion to a bed and breakfast in the mountains. The thing I am having trouble with is finding decals to match the font Frisco used. I have a hundred pics of the protos but I can't find any decals to match the pics.

This is my second layout, the first was just an 4' x 8' for practice. But now I want to use everything I learned from that first one to make this one a very nice railroad.

Here is a few pics of some areas I have finished so far.

Not much help!

Can't help you with the typeface, but the scenics from your layout are great! Fantastic attention to detail. I like the boat with the autumnal (fall) leaves in it. Are the leaves commercial products or did you produce them yourself?

Frisco decals

Are you saying that the lettering you are looking for can't be found among the Microscale decal sets for the frisco?

You may already be familiar with it, but the folks on the Frisco.org site may also be able to help.

Thanks

The leaves came off some trees I got with a scenic kit from Walthers. I can't remember exactly what kit it was but it came with a general store and a train station along with lots off other extras. The leaves were kinda falling off the more I handled the trees, so when I got them in place I just ruffled them up a little more till I had enough on the ground around to suit me. I'm pretty new to this so there is alot of sites and places I don't know about. I will have to go to that one site. I am familliar with the Frisco site, thats where I've been getting my photos to repaint my locos and cars. Thanks Jason
