I had trouble with Issue 2 on two computers.  Running windows XP SP2.  Issue 1 ran fine.

Issue 2 problem I could run in full screen mode but video would not play and would not play with sound on another computer.

Solution was to install new version of QuickTime 7,6 which is free on internet http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/

This solved my problems with Prem Edition and are now both running fine and playing all video with sound and I can make the caboose turn all the way around.

Great stuff. Great Magazine.

Video was fine...

In my case the videos played just fine with Quicktime version 7.5 installed.  The only issue I had was with the 360 degree spin of the caboose.  Even after upgrading to Quicktime 7.6 and checking for updates to Adobe, the 360 spin generates an error when I browse to that page.

Everything else worked fine.  Great issue!

Subject change

Art,

Could I request that you change the subject line to something like, "Update to Quicktime 7.6 recommended" - I think your ALL CAPS subject line is frightening the children.

If you can't edit it, drop me a note and I can do it (the priviledge of being an Admin).

Thanks!

Yes it comes off as yelling

Yes it comes off as yelling and based on the body of your message it does not seem to be your intent.

Yes

The previous subject line came off a bit like Chicken Little and that falling sky business...just a bit over the top on the reactionary scale.

SUBJECT LINE CHANGE

Jeff,

Looks good to me,  as you have noticed over the past 4 months grammer was not my high point.

Well on to the next problem, laying track, and installing switch machines.
