Thanks for the link to the German one. Looks like they have sizing up to 3 meters... that’s just about long enough for the Coast Daylight, and a clever idea. Even better if you could supply power to it so you could illumate passenger cars etc for display as a unit. 

I may have to build a 9-10 foot long twiddle just because I hate railing the Coast Daylight in order, with the cars the right way round and each of those articulated couplers take a few side to side adjustments and bangs together to get joined. 

Would also be a fantastic way to be able to enjoy the detail and lighting without needing at least 10feet of track just to sit static!
