NCE Reverse Power Panel Hookup?
I just purchased an NCE 1.65 version of the Power Cab and it won't power up the track. It has a normal power up display run through but the power is coming in through the right jack with no LED lighting up and yes it is right side up with the LED at bottom center. I checked with all videos and instructions for this configuration confirmation. Anybody hear about any recalls for this problem? The warranty card is still intact.
