Bad link in article

In the article topic heading:

Quote:

"TSI acquires The Great Train Expo"

The link to the Big Train Show web site is in error. It is missing the ".com" in the link, although the ".com" is printed in the article (broke due to new line in middle of link).

In addition, the web site URL is:

http://trainshowinc.com

(not http://www.trainshow.com)

With over 500 links per issue ...

With over 500 links per issue and the need to test every last one, it's not surprising we will miss one every so often. That's a lot of clicking to test, find problems, and then retest ... your brain sort of goes into autopilot after clicking so much - and then you miss something. ;-(

Joe and his PDFs

I'm sure you are way ahead on this but I present it anyway. There are services that will scan a PDF for broken links. Granted it doesn't help for mis-targeted links but at least makes quick work of finding the totally broken ones.

Link Tiger as one example.

Way Better Than MR

This section of MRH is so much better than its counterpart in MR it's ridiculous. Another reason I didn't renew my subscription to MR this year...
