Nit Picking the Fractionator Load

The fractionator column load has rivets.  Riveted construction is a safety issue, and rapidly fell out of favor when the advent of WW2 boosted welding technology and trained thousands of welders in the art.  In the past 60 plus years, virtually all pressure vessels and columns have used all-welded construction.
