Virginia, Stafford:  Alllll Aboard! A new RPM Meet is building steam. The Inaugural Meet of the Mid-Atlantic Railroad Prototype Modelers will be held on Friday eve, Sept 13th (6:30p to 9:30p) and Saturday, Sept 14th (9a-4p) at the Hope Springs Marina Clubhouse, in Stafford, VA.
