Interestingly the author picked the one kit that normally comes with a weight which usually brings it to NMRA recommended weight. Modelers may prefer non magnetic weights but from what I read on the "uncoupling blogs" few use magnets anyway. The information however, is good for models which come with no or inadequate weight.
